1. How should I order products?
Online ordering: You can use our online ordering platform: search for the product you want in the product search box at the top of the page, enter the quantity, and add to the shopping cart to start the ordering process.
Offline order: You can order directly from us, download and fill in the order form in detail, and send the order form to rmi@rm-bio.com, please click to download the order form: RMi offline order
2. Is there a discount on the price of the product?
We only offer discounts for bulk orders. For bulk inquiries, please contact our mailbox rmi@rm-bio.com. Please indicate the approximate quantity you need to order in your email, and the quotation will be replied to you within one working day.
3. Is advance payment required?
Under normal circumstances, we all need payment on delivery. If there are special requirements for scientific research institutions, etc., we can pay by cash on delivery, but the tutor or person in charge needs to sign the order and seal the college. When we receive the returned order, we can ship it.
4. What is the status of the product shipment?
Both recombinant proteins and antibodies are shipped at room temperature. Recombinant proteins are usually lyophilized powder, and antibodies are usually liquid. Recombinant proteins in large packages are frozen liquid, usually shipped on blue ice.
5. Is the corresponding invoice issued?
We will issue corresponding formal invoices. You can choose a normal invoice or a special VAT invoice according to your needs. If you need to issue a special invoice, please provide a copy of the business license and general taxpayer qualification certificate when you make the first purchase, and send it to us by fax or email. And provide the correct invoice title, please be sure to confirm your title to the financial department of your unit carefully, any wrong words, multiple words, or missing words will cause the financial department to request the invoice to be returned and reissued.
Under normal circumstances, we will send the invoice to you with the goods. For special needs, we can send you an invoice separately.
